Tell us about your career:

 I started out as a Leasing Agent in 1999 quickly climbing the ladder to be a Property Manager. I have had the privilege to spend nine of those years working and growing with GCI.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Be patient. Learn from your mentors and your mistakes because we all make them when starting out. Ask lots of questions.

This industry can sometimes be a challenge. But with the right attitude and Company behind you, you can succeed greatly.
