Multifamily Housing Coalition of North Carolina PAC
The Multifamily Housing Coalition of North Carolina is an independent expenditure campaign that prioritizes the advocacy efforts of North Carolina multifamily housing providers and suppliers. This bipartisan organization will evaluate and advocate for issues pertaining to the viability and longevity of the multifamily housing stock in North Carolina.
The MHCNC PAC is regulated by the state and the IRS. Under the reporting requirements, the MHCNC can accept contributions from individual donors as well as corporate entities. The funds raised cannot be directly distributed to political candidates and there are no contribution limitations.
