Tell us about your career:

I started in multifamily management in 1998 as a Grounds Person and worked my way up to Regional Maintenance Director by 2012. I felt I had reached a plateau on the management side and made the switch to the vendor side. This is where I found an ignited purpose and a new way to serve the people of our multifamily industry. However, recently the opportunity to return to management presented itself and I gladly answered the call. Serving others has always been my path and will continue to guide me for the rest of my days. 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Always be a sponge for knowledge and make sure to apply that knowledge as efficiently as possible.
