Tell us about your career:
I run a small business that serves the multi-family industry providing quality repairs to hard surfaces (tubs, countertops, floors, stainless steel, glass cooktops and other surfaces). Prior to staring Surface Experts of North Raleigh, I had a 38 year career in the IT industry.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Get to know your customers. Treat them with kindness and respect. Deliver on your promises. Admit and correct your mistakes. Learn everyday.
Anything else you would like to share:
The multi-family industry is filled with people who want to make the experience great for their residents and communities. It's a pleasure working in the industry.
