Tell us about your career:

I started my multi-family career in 2013 in affordable housing as a onsite manager and, progressed to a multi-site manager position till promoted to Regional Property Manager. I obtained my CAM certification with the TAA in 2015 and, continued my career as a Regional Property Manager till May 2023. I am now working as a Senior Property Coordinator for single-family homes with a present and love still for multi-family.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Always find the reward in providing housing to individuals and creating a last impression. It starts with the details of the pride from the curb appeal to interior details. You have an opportunity to make a difference every day as being the person to say hello and thank someone for choosing your community.
