Tell us about your career:
I've been in Property Restoration for 12 years now. What started as an accident became my passion as restoring aligned with my main purpose in life of serving others. I made a point of learning every aspect of the restoration process; been there, done that! 7 of those 12 years I've done sales and marketing. From opening markets, to expanding and building relationships, I love serving the multifamily industry and building lasting relationships amongst peers and decision makers. Knowing that people put their trust in me is a responsibility I don't take lightly!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Learn your trade from bottom to top. Be authentic, and take every opportunity to learn more. Get involved in your associations, serve them, and take pride in being part of the growth and changes in the industry. That will open many doors for you.
