HB 902 - Limited Liability for Swimming Pools

In addition to limited liability protections granted by HB 118, HB 902 explicitly extends limited liability protections to swimming pools owned and operated by multiunit apartment complexes. The end of the legislative session came abruptly, however, the swimming pool liability language was inserted in a number of bills and ultimately was passed and signed into law via HB 902.
