Tell us about your career:
As a property manager, I am afforded the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large community in Greensboro, NC. I strive to keep residents, team members, and owners happy by making a meaningful impact on the lives I encounter daily. I have witnessed many tough transitions in my career, but the thing that keeps me going is the ability to provide my residents with a place to call home. Working for a company that cares about you and your community heavily impacts my daily work. I love what I do and who I get to do it with.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Working in property management requires organization and amazing people skills and to be flexible. I would say jump at every opportunity to gain experience and grow, training and development is key to your success in the field. Stay involved in your community and associations.

This is an extremely rewarding career but your success is based on your ability to adapt to its ever-changing dynamics.
