Tell us about your career:
Kristin Hancock has six years of multifamily experience covering everything from A- to C-class assets, lease-ups to renovations, and rebrands. She has experience in several Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets in addition to Florida and Texas.
Currently, she serves as Marketing POC to Bell Partners’ largest ownership group with a portfolio of nearly 70 assets in addition to a handful of other lease-up projects. While with Bell, Kristin has also renewed her Google Ads Search Certification.
In 2017, Kristin received the Ginkgo Executive Award for bridging the gap between the corporate and site worlds at Ginkgo Residential. In 2022, Kristin was a 20 In Their Twenties AANC scholarship recipient and is currently involved with the GCAAs Leadership Lyceum program.
