Tell us about your career:

I love my job. My passion is helping others seek their own passions and giving them resources to succeed. I lead multiple training classes from specific role training, policy and procedure, mentor training, systems training, and more. I spend a lot of time troubleshooting, which I find really exciting, I love finding solutions. I also get to spend a lot of time planning fun events like Budget Camp and Appreciation Days.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Setting constant small goals has really helped me reach my long-term goals. At the end of each year when I look at all the small things I accomplish, I realize I do way more than I realize, and it motivates me to be more.
