Tell us about your career:
I jumped into the Multifamily Housing Industry in South Carolina as a part-time leasing consultant. Working in retail management prior, I thoroughly enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the excitement of what the next day would bring. I moved to North Carolina after securing a full-time leasing position with Flournoy Properties Group and my love for the industry grew. I have worked my way from Leasing Consultant to Leasing Director with hopes to continue my path upward! I was nominated and chosen as a recipient for the AANC “20 in their Twenties” Scholarship, and Beyond Extraordinary Award winner from Flournoy Properties while currently focusing on completing my CAM designation!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Always be one step ahead! Critical thinking plays a tremendous role in this industry. Always have a plan, but be flexible if all does not go to plan!
