Tell us about your career:

I have been in the industry for 20+ years in a multitude of roles. I started in the business as a seasonal maintenance tech. I am 3rd generation multifamily employee, following the lead behind my grandparents and my parents. My wife of 28 years was in the industry and my son is currently in the business. I have been with Bell Partners for a little over 8 years. I currently oversee a total of 8 assets in the Wilmington, NC market with another 7 communities in my pipeline. I've been guided by some of the best mentors in the industry over the years.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Stay humble and true to yourself!
