Tell us about your career:

I began my career with HHHunt in 2007 as an Executive Director of Spring Arbor Assisted Living and Memory Care. In 2009 I transitioned into a Community Manager position with our apartment Living division and oversaw the construction and lease up of one of our communities. I then transitioned into a Regional Manager position overseeing our South Carolina and then our North Carolina communities. Being passionate about learning and development, I moved into a Director of Learning and Development role before recently shifting this role to our HR Team as an HR Business Partner and L&D Lead.

Be curious and find your passion!
