Tell us about your career:

I have been in the industry since 2017. I started as a Leasing Consultant and worked my way up to Senior Community Director all within four years. I absolutely love this industry and love all the wonderful friends I have made along the way. 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

My advice to someone just starting in this industry is to not be afraid to hit the ground running and to get involved in their local association. I have learned so much from my local association which I would not be where I am without their support. 

Anything else you would like to share:

You will have days where you feel down and feel like giving up. Those days are minimal. Focus on the positive and the smiles you see each day because you made a residents day!
