Tell us about your career:
I have worked in property management for 11 years now. I started out as a leasing consultant right out of college and decided early on that this would be my career. I immediately fell in love with helping prospects find their new home and loved the relationships that I was able to gain every day. I have held many titles in this industry and I am now extremely excited to hold the title of learning and development software specialist with Bell Partners, Inc. With this new role, I will now be able to help others succeed in their current positions, and learn the necessary policies and tools they will need to make it to the next level. I hope to continue learning new things and continuing my career in the property management industry.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Just remember that in property management you will always have something new to learn. As soon as you think you are an "expert" in the industry there will be a new software released or a new policy created. As long as you are open to learning you will continue to excel.
