Tell us about your career:

I started in the industry in February 2013 as a leasing consultant. Two years later I was promoted to Community Manager. I have maintained a Community Manager position for 10 years and have worked at six properties with three management companies. I enjoy my job tremendously. I take pride in everything I put my hands on and feel is it very important to build a strong team. 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Have an open mind to change. Have compassion and understanding - only then you will be able to manage different personalities and situations. Be a team player - it brings everyone together and makes it easier to accomplish tasks with a positive outcome.
