Tell us about your career:
I previously worked in Hospitality Management before finding the Apartment Industry and that experience helped me find my current 20 year career. I began as a Leasing Consultant and was quickly promoted into Assistant Manager, Community Manager, District Manager, and Director roles. I enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making every experience the best possible for everyone I encounter. I love that our days are always unique and we get to meet so many wonderful people!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Make it a goal to be better every day and attend every educational opportunity as possible. Find a great mentor and absorb everything you can! I am who I am today because of all of the amazing people that I've learned from over the years and treasure them all!
Anything else you would like to share:
I have an awesome husband and three amazing kids; one in his third year at NC State University and four-year-old twins that keep me busy! In my spare time I run (alot), and currently training for my first Disney Princess Half Marathon!
