Tell us about your career:
I am currently a Regional Property Manager for Greystar’s Charlotte market, specializing in Class A luxury assets. I have been in the industry for 18 years with experience in multi-family property management throughout various Charlotte sub-markets.
I started in property management with Weinstein Properties in 2006 as a leasing professional and continued my career with a transition to The Hanover Company in 2008 as an assistant manager. I was promoted to community manager with UDR at The Residence at SouthPark in 2010. I happily joined Greystar in 2017 at Ascent Uptown, Greystar’s first development and investment project in Charlotte. I was beyond thankful for the opportunity and promotion to Regional Property Manager in 2019 and was awarded Regional Property Manager of the Year for the Charlotte area in 2022. I have learned so much and am thankful for the opportunity and experiences I have had over my 18 years in multi-family.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
My advice would be to gain as much knowledge about your market as possible! Whether you are a leasing professional, communitymanager, regional manager, whatever your role is, immerse yourself in market information so you can speak to what is going on around you and can speak intelligently about it. The market in Charlotte in BOOMING and you have to know what's changing and happening at all times, especially with the supply and demand we have coming our way.

Make sure you take time for yourself! It is so important! You need a healthy work/life balance to be successful. :)
