Tell Us About Your Career.
My career in the apartment industry started in college painting and cleaning apartments. This led to a leasing position which led to management. After about 10 years onsite, I switched to a supplier to the industry. I have been an associate for nearly 20 years!

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your field?
Getting involved in your local and state association by volunteering, advocating, education classes and networking give you high exposure and a better understanding of the industry.

Anything else you would like to share?
The multifamily industry is so broad that the career opportunities are abundant. Whatever your passion, there is likely to be a place and role for you to showcase them!
