Governor Roy Cooper has declared a State of Emergency for North Carolina. 

While it is still too early to know the direct impact North Carolina will face from Hurricane Dorian, we are seeing reports of impact to North Carolina by this Thursday and Friday. We want to remind everyone to prepare now.
