CDC Declaration Form: Revised

The CDC has revised the Declaration form indicating the new expiration of the CDC declaration moratorium as of 1/31/21.

Under Executive Order 171, as extended by Executive Order 184, any NC landlord seeking eviction action must provide the declaration to the tenant. Please update your files to reflect the latest Declaration Form.
