Tell us about your career:
I started off in the industry as a leasing consultant at Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter, a brand new lease-up in Winston Salem. I have now transitioned into the Pre-leasing Specialist role where I get to be a part of all new Link Apartments® developments through the pre-leasing process.
This past year I worked with five new lease-ups in four different markets. I was a panelist on the Satisfacts Power Panels Art of Outreach Marketing in Social Media and a guest on the Modern Multifamily Podcast in 2022.
I received my CALP designation in 2021 and was an AANC 20 in their Twenties in 2022. I am currently serving on the AANC NextGen Committee for the upcoming year!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Get involved as much as you can. Join as many committees and network with other industry leaders. LinkedIn is a great tool to meet others in the industry that you may not have met before so don't be afraid to connect and reach out!
