Heather has 17 years of property management and sales management experience providing excellent service to residents and effectively managing relationships with owners, investors, vendors, and other third-parties. As a regional manager, Heather has experience overseeing up to eleven multi-million-dollar, multifamily apartment home communities with over 3200 units. She has significant experience successfully managing communities through lease-ups, renovations, acquisition, and disposition with proven results. Heather is dedicated to people development and finding opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across communities. She demonstrates excellent skills in property management, marketing, budgeting, forecasting, financial management and reporting, and problem-solving skills to achieve results.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Get involved in your local association and network. This is something that I wish I learned earlier. Life is busy, and so is your work schedule but the business working relationships that you form are priceless.
