Tell us about your career:
Emily Miner is with TriBridge Residential as the Assistant Community Manager for One305 Central Apartments in Charlotte, NC. She began her career in multifamily as a temp agent through Full House Marketing in 2018. Her very first assignment was with TriBridge and she has been a part of the TriBridge family since. Emily was offered a permanent part-time leasing position and quickly promoted to full-time. From there she stepped into a multisite leasing role, assisting with three properties in the Charlotte market; and then full-time at a larger asset where she eventually transitioned to the assistant manager role. Emily balances her job duties while also pursuing her Bachelor's degree as a full-time student and she is a part-time model.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Emily was the winner of the TriBridge Residential "Leasing Professional of the Year" award for her outstanding performance and dedication in 2019. She was later awarded the same honor from GCAA in 2020. In 2019, Emily was awarded GCAA’s annual CALP scholarship. She successfully completed the course and earned the credential in 2020. Now Emily serves as the onboarding and training specialist for newly hired TriBridge leasing agents in the Carolinas.
Anything else you would like to share:
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her three younger brothers, traveling to tropical destinations, taking spin classes, and watching Netflix documentaries with her husky and chihuahua puppies. She also loves spicy food and Charlotte nightlife.
