Tell us about your career:

I began my career with Pegasus Residential in February 2019 as a leasing consultant. In January 2021, I was promoted to an assistant and within the same year was promoted to a property manager where I managed a stabilized community and a lease-up. I was able to keep our stabilized asset at an average of 99% occupied/leased and within 6 months sold the lease-up at 99% occupied. I became a board member of the AAWNC in 2022 and am currently on the DE&I committee for AANC.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Don't be afraid to ask questions, be willing to wear multiple hats, and always have the mentality of 'what else can I contribute?' Most importantly, bring positivity with you everywhere you go!
