Tell us about your career:

I am a Community Manager at Hawthorne at Mills Gap. I also serve as the President of the Apartment Association of Western North Carolina. I truly love being in property management. Being able to help residents on a daily basis and be a support system for our team is truly what motivates me daily! 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Treat every resident, prospect, and team member like you are the only friendly face they have seen that day. You never know what people are going through and the role you may play in their day!
