I love my career because I can make a positive impact on people's home and housing decisions. I enjoy creating a positive community not only for the residents but also for the team that shows up and works hard every day to ensure our residents have a stellar experience. There is nothing more enjoyable than a happy building, team, community, and client!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Take time to create relationships that will help your career. Network with peers that have had similar struggles or work histories as you. This industry is not specific to one kind of personality or one kind of struggle, so it is likely there is someone who can help you reach whatever position you are working toward achieving and tailor your experience toward your success.
