Brittany is a seasoned Real Estate Associate at Greystar in Charlotte, specializing in financial analysis, business evaluation, and budgetary support. She assumed her current corporate position in 2021 as a well-deserved promotion from Community Manager. In this influential role, she plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial framework and operational support for 115 communities. Brittany's proficiency extends to analyzing budgets, underwriting proformas, and conducting thorough due diligence assessments.
With over a decade in multi-family property management, she possesses extensive expertise in overseeing both stabilized and lease-ups for luxury apartments. Beginning with BH Management in 2013, she quickly rose through the ranks, joining Greystar in 2014 as a Leasing Professional and advancing to Community Manager by 2018. In 2020, she earned the Lease-up Community Manager of the Year – Bravo Award for her role in the success of Charlotte's first BTR community.
