Tell us about your career: 

I started in the industry a little over 19 years ago. I was at a point in my life where I didn't know what I wanted to do when a friend suggested I apply for a leasing position. I had no clue what that entailed but had no other prospects on my horizon so why not? I loved leasing apartments from the first day. I asked so many questions and wanted to learn everything there was to learn. I've been very lucky to have worked for companies that believe in educating their employees and giving the opportunity to volunteer with our local associations. I've now been with Blue Ridge Companies for 11 years with the last 5 as a Regional Manager.
