Tell us about your career:
I started with Blue Ridge Companies in May 2015 as a Leasing Specialist and was promoted in 2016 to the Assistant Manager and have been in the position since. I love my coworkers and job so much! Everyday holds a new adventure and I have grown both personally and professionally.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Take the chance! Start at the bottom and work your way up the ladder. There is so much opportunity to grow within this industry. Just remember to stay positive, do your best, and be kind. The world is already filled with so much darkness. Be the positive ray of sunshine the world needs!
