Tell us about your career:

I started in property management as a leasing associate back in the days of typewriters and Otis Spunkmeyer cookies. I have been fortunate to grow positions in this industry working for great leaders and have landed at RangeWater, which I am very proud to call home. 

I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Apartment Association - something I am also very proud of.  

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Be flexible! Always be open to new experiences, new locations, and new positions. There really are no limits to what you can accomplish in property management. Be a sponge and soak up all you can from the leaders around you, and always give back when you can.
