Since 2014, I've immersed myself in the multifamily sector, initially stepping in as a leasing consultant. Witnessing the industry's transformation has been fulfilling, especially with the emergence of innovative technologies and platforms aimed at enhancing our assets' efficiency and achievements. Through my varied portfolio experiences, I've cultivated a profound knowledge of various asset categories, such as lease-up, renovation/value enhancement, stabilized properties, and senior developments. As I transitioned into a senior leadership position, my primary focus is to mentor and cultivate the upcoming generation of multifamily experts.
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
The multifamily realm knows no bounds! With determination, you can achieve anything. Prioritize self-investment, education, and continuous learning. Engage with your local apartment association, build connections, and establish your unique brand.
