Tell us about your career:
I started my career in the multifamily housing industry at Crowne Club Apartments in 2011 as a part-time Leasing Consultant and was later offered a full-time position. After moving out of state to Alabama in 2015, I worked as a Leasing Manager for a 504-bed student housing property and later accepted an Assistant Manager position at a conventional property. I returned to Winston Salem in 2017 and was able to join Crowne Polo Apartments as the Assistant Community Director, where I worked in that position until I was promoted to Community Director in June 2020. My time in this new position has been challenging but also rewarding as I have grown professionally and worked to expand my knowledge. I am extremely thankful for all the opportunities I have received and look forward to continuing my journey in property management for years to come!
