I embarked on my journey at RAM Partners as an Assistant Manager during a challenging period. After seven years through hard work and dedication, I was offered the opportunity to serve as property manager at Sherwood Station. It is with great pride that I celebrate over 15 years with this remarkable organization, filled with gratitude and satisfaction.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Don't be afraid to outsource. It's alright if you can't do it all. In fact, you often shouldn't.
