Tell us about your career:
Originally from Newport News, VA, I started my career right out of college in 2011. Like most, I "fell" into the industry, not realizing it was just the beginning. I navigated the intricacies of property management with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
In 2018, I ventured into the thriving Raleigh market, adding another dimension to my diverse career. Now, over the course of nearly 13 years, I've cultivated expertise across a broad spectrum of properties, managing everything from LIHTC to Class-A assets. My portfolio extends beyond individual properties, encompassing valuable multi-site management experience and overseeing properties under extensive rehab projects.
Recognizing the evolving landscape of the industry, I've always valued the significance of education. Acknowledging the pivotal role it plays, I proactively pursued and earned my CAM and CAPS. These certifications underscore my dedication to continuous learning and exemplify my commitment to being a great leader.
I have had the privilege to sit on the Board of Directors for TAA as well as serve as a Co-Chair for the newly founded DE&I Committee of TAA.
With a recent shift to the PTAA region, I look forward to expanding my experience and network. I value what I have accomplished in my career and can not wait to experience more!
