Tell us about your career:
I began in the industry three years ago and have hit the ground running since! Starting at a community with over 700 units, it was no small feat. We then added an additional 113 units; and later I became a part of centralized leasing which operated across almost 1900 units. I received leasing professional of the year for both my company and PTAA. I also received the "top twenty in their 20's" scholarship to attend the LEAP AANC conference in 2024. I recently accepted a position with Greystar and am excited to see what my career holds!
What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:
Get involved with local associations and committees, the networking and sharing of ideas really helps you to become more innovative. Take all the classes/training your company offers. You're going to love it!
