Tell us about your career:

I started my career through BG Multifamily as a leasing agent three years ago, and I immediately fell in love with property management. I really enjoyed helping people find their dream home. A year ago I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and it has been life-changing. I finally found a career that I love. I have always heard if you find a job you like, you never work a day in your life. I am now a strong believer in that. I have a desire to help people and I have found that in this career!

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Keep a positive attitude and a smiling face. A smiling face goes a long way. Be able to take criticism, because there is so much to learn. Always build a rapport with whoever you come in contact with. Dive in, you will love property management!
