Tell us about your career:

I began my career as a Leasing Consultant and quickly found that I loved the industry. I later moved on to an Assistant Manager and then Property Manager while living in Portland, Oregon. I later moved to Charlotte and continued my career as a Property Manager, then onto a Regional Manager, and now at my current position as RVP with RKW Residential.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Embrace new ideas, technologies, and trainings. The Multifamily industry is ever-changing and being able to change with it will help in your success.

There is never a dull day in property management! It is a rewarding industry with great people!
