Tell us about your career:

I started in Multifamily as a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at 19 years old. I worked my way up and have been on the vendor side since 2016. I am now the Regional Sales Manager for the Mid and North Central markets at BG. I have won 2019 Customer Service of the year and 2021 Instructor of the year with the GCAA. I currently teach CAM and CALP and have a huge passion for the people in our industry.

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Always be the hardest working person in the room with the best attitude you can have. That will stand out every single time. If you want to grow in this industry, master those two things and you will go far.
