Tell us about your career:

I am a Community Manager with Hawthorne Residential Partners going on three years. I love what I do from my team, the community and the leadership. I started my property management career in 2008 as a part-time leasing consultant. I love meeting new people and helping them find their new home, and hearing their stories. When you love what you do you will never work a day in your life. 

What advice do you have for someone just starting in your field:

Take one day at a time, every day you will learn something new. Have an open mind and have fun!
