Greetings!
I hope everyone has enjoyed the long sun-filled summer days with family, friends and furry companions. The 2024 Paris Summer Olympics taught us valuable lessons about how real heroes and athletic stars handle both triumph and failure.
- Resilience & Preservice: Athlete demonstrated incredible determination, overcoming injuries and setbacks to compete at the highest level.
- Sportsmanship: We saw many examples of athletes showing respect and kindness to their competitors, regardless of the outcome.
- Unity & Diversity: The games brought people together from all over the world.
- Mental Health Awareness: Many athletes openly discussed the importance of mental wellness, including Simone Biles triumph return, overcoming what she called the twisties.
