Kathy Woodard, CAM, CAPS, CPO, EPA Proctor, and NAAEI Facilitator is the owner of www.MrsGameChanger.Fun, a motivational and educational resource for multifamily professionals nationwide.   She is also the Multifamily Division Director for 6&Fix Heating and Cooling, Inc.

As a nation-wide trainer, Kathy completed the National Apartment Association’s (AIT) Advanced Instructor Training, and is a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI). She is a CALP, CAM and CAPS instructor, an EPA Proctor for the CFC Certification Exam, and a motivational speaker.  Kathy is NOT a boring speaker or facilitator.  She holds an audience hostage with comedy as she combines education with 20+ years of multifamily on site experience.

Kathy currently serves on the AANC Membership Committee as the Vice Chair as well as the NAA Curriculum Development Committee.
