Norm Praet is a managing partner at the law firm Brownlee Whiltlow & Praet. Norm is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers School of Law (J.D.) and a 1995 graduate of Rutgers University (B.A.).
Todd Whitlow is a partner and principle at the law firm Brownlee Whiltlow & Praet. Todd is a 2002 graduate of Campbell University: Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (J.D. with honors) and a 1998 graduate of Universtiy of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A.).
