Wendy Sikorski

Wendy is a Regional Manager with GCI Residential. She has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and a Graduate Certificate of Teaching from UNCC. Wendy worked in related industries such as Real Estate and Mortgages prior to finding her forever home with GCI Residential in 2010. She oversees communities in South Charlotte, Fort Mill and Mount Pleasant SC. Wendy holds her SC Property Managers License and is a 2017 graduate of the GCAA Leadership Lyceum Program. She has chaired the Next Gen and Multi-Family Awareness committees as a current Board Member of the GCAA. She has a passion for building people and teams to achieve new and higher goals for the company and for themselves. She currently resides in Indian Land, South Carolina and when she isn’t at work can usually be found on a soccer field with her twin girls, Kaelie and Bella.
