Vail Barnes

Vail Barnes is a Regional Manager at Highmark Residential with over 21 years of multifamily industry experience. She began her career as a leasing consultant, advancing through various leadership roles with a focus on driving operational excellence across both conventional and affordable communities. In addition to her role at Highmark, Vail serves on the Triangle Apartment Association’s Board of Directors, co-chairs the Housing Affordability Committee, and is a board member of Copper Circle. She is honored to further her leadership experience with AANC, enjoying the opportunity to contribute to her team’s growth and lead by example through continued education to better serve and advocate for the multifamily industry’s needs
