Paul Sidam

Paul is a Regional Manager at RE Carroll Management. His experience ranges from his start as a grounds keeper to leasing and management of multiple communities. Over his 12-year career he has won the 2015 Piedmont Triad Apartment Association (PTAA) Turn Around Community Of The Year, Community Manager of the Year at multiple communities within his career, as well as the 2020 PTAA Cynthia Apple Community Manager Of The Year during the height of the pandemic. Paul was also a recipient of the 2022 '20 in their Twenties' AANC Conference scholarship. He is the Chair of the PTAA ECHO Committee and is on the AANC Education Committee. When not working on advancing others, he is a goat dad and enjoys tasks at his farm.
