Natasha Pinckney

Natasha Pinckney began her career in multifamily in 2018 after teaching public school for six years. She joined Greystar as a leasing professional and worked her way up quickly, and has been a community manager since 2021. She got involved with TAA almost immediately after joining Greystar as a member of XCEL Committee, and within a year also joined Government Affairs Committee. Natasha has supported her committees actively by fundraising for PAC, participating in lobby days at the senate, writing blogs on professional development topics, working TAA events, and hosting fundraisers for charities. She earned her NALP certification in 2020, and her CAM in August of 2021. She has had the privilege of serving as Co-Chair of XCEL for two years, and most recently was appointed to the Board of Directors beginning in 2024.
