Heather Crowley

Heather has 6 years of experience as a residential Property Manager, most recently with Bell Partners, Inc, where she focused in developing managers and teams, supporting others through special projects, and looking for opportunities to help others grow their careers. She is deeply passionate about being a team leader, and engaging talents and strengths of those around her. Heather transitioned from on-site leadership to a role in Bell’s corporate office in November 2021. She looks forward to her position as an Operations Support Analyst, and how she will learn to better support our crucial on-site teams and suppliers. Heather is also extremely devoted to the Triangle Apartment Association. She serves on the Board of Directors, as well as the XCEL Committee as a Co-chair. If you catch her outside of work, she is outdoors! Heather enjoys hiking and disc golf – you can also find her watching a Virginia Tech football or basketball game - Go Hokies!
