Hannah Boyd

Hannah Boyd, a Greensboro, NC native, brings over 20 years of experience to property management. Starting as a leasing agent with no prior experience, she worked her way up to become a property manager overseeing a full portfolio—and she loves what she does. Her passion for knowledge, leadership, and education has driven her to earn certifications including NALP, CAPS, CAMT, and a Real Estate License, ultimately leading her to open her own firm in 2022. These achievements have allowed Hannah to give back to the industry, notably serving as the Education Committee Chairman for the local PTAA, where she is dedicated to transforming the industry one class at a time. She’s also been honored with two Property Manager of the Year awards and two Property of the Year awards. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys time on the softball field, trips to the beach, and cherished moments with her son, family, and friends.
