Dale Holder

Dale has enjoyed being a part of the multifamily industry for over 30 years. He started in the multifamily industry in 1988 with McKinney Furniture Rentals. Dale started a 26-year career with Network Communications and opened the very first Apartment Blue Book magazine in 1991, which later became Apartment Finder, and then in 2015, Apartments.com. In 2018 Dale became VP of Business Development for Liberty Rent, then later joined Rent Dynamics & Entrata as RVP. Dale recently joined Opinion as Regional Sales Director. Dale served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) as well as the Chair for the State Suppliers Council of AANC in 2020. Dale also serves on the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association Products and Services Council and is very active with the PSC annual food drive with 2nd Harvest Food Bank. He also is active with the Triangle Apartment Association, Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the Virginia Apartment and Management Association. Dale has been married for 30+ years to his wife Tammy and they have two children and five grandchildren and recently moved to Charleston, SC.
